Old World Foldover Journal

Chronicle journeys near and far within the pages of this keepsake journal, inspired by classic maps from the Age of Exploration. Gleaming gold-foil tracery limns continents and navigational lines. Embossing adds textural interest. A special feature: a foldover panel that closes with a magnet to secure your writing. Inside: 160 pages for reflection, sketching, or for jotting down quotations or favourite passages. Acid-free, archival-quality 120 gsm paper takes pen or pencil beautifully. Light grey lines guide without distraction. Journal cover reproduces a 17th-century map of the world created by Dutch cartographer Henricus Hondius II. Quotations about travel throughout. Dimensions: 6-1/4" wide by 8-1/4" high. Journal lies flat for writing ease. Hardcover binding ensures durability.
